- 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
For Masala Mutton Chops:
- 1 tsp Oil
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 4 Dry Red Chillies
- 4 Kashmiri Dry Red Chillies
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 3 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 Green Chilli (chopped)
- 1 Red Chilli (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp Mint Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 3 tbsp Chickpea Flour
- 4 Mutton Chops
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Lemon Juice (for garnish)
