Ingredients
- 6-8 calamansi (about 1/4 cup calamansi juice or lemon juice)
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 cup water
- black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 white onion
- 1 red onion
- 200g silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
- salt and pepper
- spring onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
