Whole Wheat Jaggery Pudding

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Grated Coconut
  • 1 Cup Water

Blend

Strain the Coconut Milk

  • ½ Cup Jaggery
  • ¾ Cup Water

Let It Boil

Cook Until Dissolves the Jaggery

Cook For 2-3 Min.

Keep Aside

  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour

Keep Stirring

Roast In Low Heat

  • 2 Tbsp Ghee

Roast For 7-8 Min.

Coconut Milk

Mix Well

Add Jaggery Strup

Mix Well

  • 1 Tbsp Ghee

Keep Stirring

Cook Until Separate from the Pan

Grease Oil on 6 Inch Mould

Place a Baking Paper

Pour

Keep Aside For 1 Hour

Cut Into Pieces
