INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- ½ Cup Grated Coconut
- 1 Cup Water
Blend
Strain the Coconut Milk
- ½ Cup Jaggery
- ¾ Cup Water
Let It Boil
Cook Until Dissolves the Jaggery
Cook For 2-3 Min.
Keep Aside
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
Keep Stirring
Roast In Low Heat
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
Roast For 7-8 Min.
Coconut Milk
Mix Well
Add Jaggery Strup
Mix Well
- 1 Tbsp Ghee
Keep Stirring
Cook Until Separate from the Pan
Grease Oil on 6 Inch Mould
Place a Baking Paper
Pour
Keep Aside For 1 Hour
Cut Into Pieces
