Traditional sarso ka saag recipe. Preparation time- 30 minutes Serving- 4 to 5 Ingredients:
- Mustard leaves - 1.5 cup
- Spinach - 1 cup
- Bahthua leaves - 1/2 cup
- Onion-1
- Tomato-1
- Green chilli-2
- Garlic cloves - 8 to 10
- Ginger - 2 inch
- Raddish - 1/3 cup
- Corn meal(makke ka atta)- 2 to 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/3 tsp (otpional)
- Asafoetida (hing)- 1/4 tsp
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp (optional)
