  • 100 g or one large onion
  • 50 grams coconut chopped
  • 25 grams peanuts roasted
  • 10 to 12 dried red chilies
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 10 grams tamarind
  • Salt as needed
  • Cumin seeds – ½ + ½ tsp
  • Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
  • Urad dal – 1 tsp + ½ tsp
  • Oil – 4 tbsp + 2 tsp
