- 100 g or one large onion
- 50 grams coconut chopped
- 25 grams peanuts roasted
- 10 to 12 dried red chilies
- 6 garlic cloves
- 10 grams tamarind
- Salt as needed
- Cumin seeds – ½ + ½ tsp
- Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
- Urad dal – 1 tsp + ½ tsp
- Oil – 4 tbsp + 2 tsp
