Healthy chickpea summer salad
A couple of years ago we did a chickpea salad video that became not only the most viewed out of all of our vegan recipes, but this healthy chickpea salad became our most viewed video of all times. I have done many chickpeas recipes since, but wanted to remake something very similar to this really popular chickpea summer salad video with some improvements since I had learned a lot more about veganism and nutrition since we did the original.
