- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 Tbs salted butter, cut into 9 slices
- 1 block mozzarella cheese, cut into 21 slices
- a handful of fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes
- olive oil
