Healthy Salmon Cobb Salad

This easy healthy salmon cobb salad is a delicious way to enjoy salad. The cobb salmon salad is fresh and flavorful, and a crowd pleaser.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs salmon
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 2 to 3 tsp Mr. Stick's seasoning, or use your favorite salmon seasoning.
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, quartered
  • 2 large avocados, cut up
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved and deseeded
  • 1/2 of red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 Tbs dill, chopped

For the dressing

  • 1 whole lemon juice
  • 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbs dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
