Healthy Salmon Cobb Salad
This easy healthy salmon cobb salad is a delicious way to enjoy salad. The cobb salmon salad is fresh and flavorful, and a crowd pleaser.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs salmon
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 to 3 tsp Mr. Stick's seasoning, or use your favorite salmon seasoning.
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 8 slices bacon, cooked, chopped
- 4 hard boiled eggs, quartered
- 2 large avocados, cut up
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved and deseeded
- 1/2 of red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 Tbs dill, chopped
For the dressing
- 1 whole lemon juice
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbs dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
