For dough

  • Wheat flour -1.5 cups
  • Sooji -1/4 cup
  • Ghee - 3 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi -1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  • Ajwain(carom seeds)- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt -1/2 tsp
  • For stuffing:
  • Urad dal - 1/2 cup
  • Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds -1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds -1 tbsp
  • Black peppers - 8
  • Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
  • Red chilli powder -1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
  • Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
  • Aamchur powder -1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil -2 tbsp

For Aloo curry

  • Boiled aloo - 4
  • Cumin seeds -1 tsp
  • Asafoetida (hing)- 1/2 tsp
  • Gram flour (besan)- 1.5 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp\
  • Red chilli powder -1 tsp
  • Tomato paste -1/2 cup (2 tomtaoes)
  • Aamchur powder -2 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi -1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Cooking oil -4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
