- Sooji -1/4 cup
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Kasuri methi -1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
- Ajwain(carom seeds)- 1/2 tsp
- Salt -1/2 tsp
- For stuffing:
- Urad dal - 1/2 cup
- Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds -1/2 tbsp
- Coriander seeds -1 tbsp
- Black peppers - 8
- Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
- Red chilli powder -1 tsp
- Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
- Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
- Aamchur powder -1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil -2 tbsp
For Aloo curry
- Boiled aloo - 4
- Cumin seeds -1 tsp
- Asafoetida (hing)- 1/2 tsp
- Gram flour (besan)- 1.5 tbsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp\
- Red chilli powder -1 tsp
- Tomato paste -1/2 cup (2 tomtaoes)
- Aamchur powder -2 tbsp
- Kasuri methi -1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves
- Cooking oil -4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
