INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 & ½ Cup Chopped Mango
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • Blend Smooth
  • ½ Cup Custard Powder
  • 1 Cup Water
  1. Mix Well
  2. Pour Mango Pulp
  3. Pour Custard Powder
  4. Mix Well
  5. Cook In Low Flame
  6. Keep Stirring
  • 3 Tbsp Ghee (Add Gradually)
  1. Cook For 7-8 Min. In Low Flame
  2. It Will Be Form in Ball
  3. Grease Oil on 6 Inch Mould
  4. Place a Baking Paper
  5. Pour
  6. Spread Well
  7. Cool Down
  8. Set For 1 Hour
  9. Cut Into Pieces
