Farfalle with Oysters and Cabbage

This tasty and nutritious dish will perfectly suit vegetarians and fasting people. But I must warn you that farfalle dish is so flavoured that it’s difficult to resist it. You can use hard wheat pasta of different shapes like : fusilli (rotini), conchiglie (conchigliette piccole), cavatappi (spiral makaroni).

Ingredients

  • Farfalle pasta
    300 g
  • Oyster mushroom
    300 g
  • Cabbage
    300 g
  • Onion
    3 pcs
  • Garlic
    3 clove
  • Sunflower oil
    100 ml
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Black pepper
    0.5 tsp
  • Parsley
    - to taste
  • Dill
    - to taste



Steps

  • 1. Peel onion, wash it under running water and cut into half rings.
  • 2. Pour some oil into a saucepan or frying pan. Put onion there and saute it until golden brown stirring it from time to time.
  • 3. Now dice white cabbage into medium pieces.
  • 4. Add diced cabbage to a saucepan with sauteed onion. Mix all ingredients and keep on frying them together.
  • 5. In 10-15 pour a bit of water into saucepan and continue sauteing them until soft having covered it with a lid.
  • 6. Peel garlic cloves and slice them finely. Wash oysters, drain them and slice them finely too.
  • 7. Brown mushrooms with some garlic in some oil until done.
  • 8. Cook pasta until done according to the instructions on the package. Drain them from water with a colander. Add farfalle to a saucepan with well- fried cabbage and onion.
  • 9. Add finely chopped fresh greens, salt and spices to taste.
  • 10. After, pour browned oysters and garlic. Mix all ingredients.
  • 11. Keep all ingredients on a low heat for a minute and serve it hot.
