Thin Crepes on Kefir
I think many hostesses prepare gentle choux crepes on kefir. Today I decide to diversify the usual way of making crepes and make thin crepes on kefir with holes. Crepes are gentle, spongy and very tasty. They are easy to turn over, they do not stick to the frying pan and remain soft for a long time.
Crepes on kefir can be served as dessert with sour cream, condensed milk, jam or melted chocolate. Also, such crepes can be stuffed with sweet (cottage cheese, fresh berries and fruits) or salty filling (hard cheese, mushrooms, ham, meat, salmon, liver) to your taste.
