Sticky Pineapple Chicken


  • 1. Wash chicken fillet and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Clean the meat from fat and skins. Cut each fillet along into two thin pieces and beat them with culinary hummer. Thanks to this, Chinese pineapple chicken in the oven will be juicy and tender.
  • 2. Let's salt the meat to taste and season with ground spices.
  • 3. Transfer the prepared chicken fillet in a heat-resistant baking form, greased with a small amount of vegetable oil. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. With obtained mixture, let’s grease pieces of chicken fillet.
  • 4. Cut the canned pineapple circles into pieces, evenly distribute the fruit over the chicken fillet.
  • 5. Grind hard cheese into large chips. Put grated cheese over a layer of canned pineapple.
  • 6. Send the meat to a heated oven up to 180 degrees. After 30 minutes, the easy pineapple chicken fillet will be ready. Serve juicy meat under a cheese crust immediately after cooking, decorated with fresh greenery.
