INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Basmati rice(soaked for 30 mins)
2-3 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
2 bayleaves
4-5 cloves/laung
1 cinnamon stick/dalchini
2 green cardamom/illaichi
3 tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic crushed/paste
2-3 green chillies slits
1.5 cup washed & chopped Methi/fenugreek leaves
1/2 cup peas
Salt
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 cups water
