Ingredients:
- 6 pcs Chicken Leg Quarter (Fillet)
- 1 cup Chicken oil or any oil na prefer mo
- 2 pcs medium sized Carrots
- 3 pcs medium sized Potatoes
- 2 pcs medium sized Bell Pepper
- 1/8 cup margarine
- 3pcs bayleaves
- 1 whole chopped white onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 500ml Water
- 7pcs Shitake Mushroom Sliced
- salt to taste
- 2 cans vienna sausage or any sausage
- 1 cup evaporada
- 1 1/2 cup quickmelt cheese or cheddar cheese
- 125 ml All Purpose Cream
