Ingredients:

  • 6 pcs Chicken Leg Quarter (Fillet)
  • 1 cup Chicken oil or any oil na prefer mo
  • 2 pcs medium sized Carrots
  • 3 pcs medium sized Potatoes
  • 2 pcs medium sized Bell Pepper
  • 1/8 cup margarine
  • 3pcs bayleaves
  • 1 whole chopped white onion
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 500ml Water
  • 7pcs Shitake Mushroom Sliced
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cans vienna sausage or any sausage
  • 1 cup evaporada
  • 1 1/2 cup quickmelt cheese or cheddar cheese
  • 125 ml All Purpose Cream
