- 1/2 Finely Chopped Capsicum
Finely Chopped Carrot
- 2 Boiled & Grated Potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes/Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs Seasoning
- 3-4 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Water
- Fresh/Dry Bread Crumbs
- Oil For Frying
