I love canned young green jackfruit. Unripe jackfruit makes a great meat substitute for vegetarian meals, and I use it in several recipes as a tasty alternative to meat. When you find canned jackfruit at the grocery, you'll often see both ripe and unripe canned jackfruit. What's the difference?
