Mint leaves(pudina)-1/4 cup
Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds or shahjeera-1/2 tsp
Shahi Biryani masala powder- 2tbsp
Cinnamon(dalchini)-1 inch
Black cardamom(elaichi)-1
Salt to taste or 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
