Ingredients:

For Kolhapuri masala:

  • Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper - 8
  • Methi seeds - 1/5 tsp
  • Mace - 1/2 inch
  • Black cardamom - 1
  • Green cardamom - 1
  • Cloves - 4
  • Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
  • Dry red chilli - 4
  • Bay leave - 1
  • Cashews - 10
  • Coconut -2 tbsp

For Curry:

  • Paneer -200 grams
  • Onion -1/2 cup
  • Tomato -3/4 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste -1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder (kashmiri)-1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil - 6 tbsp
  • Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Ghee -1 tbsp
