  • 20 g (1 + 1/2 Tbsp) unsalted butter
  • 50 g (50 ml) milk
  • 20 g (1 + 2/3 Tbsp) granulated sugar(A)
  • 3 egg yolks (from large eggs)
  • 30 g (1/4 cup) cake flour (*It can be replaced with all purpose flour)
  • 3 egg whites (from large eggs)
  • 40 g (3 + 1/4 Tbsp)granulated sugar (B)

Variety of toppings

  • Apricot jam(optional)
  • whipped cream (60 g heavy cream +6 g granulated sugar)
  • chocolate ganache (15 g dark chocolate + 15 g heavy cream)
  • roasted almonds
  • strawberry jam
  • shredded coconut
  • caramel sauce
  • Oreo crumbs

248℉ (120℃) for 50 mins

and then

320℉ (160℃) for 15 mins

and then

Turn off the oven and in the oven for 15 minutes
