- 20 g (1 + 1/2 Tbsp) unsalted butter
- 50 g (50 ml) milk
- 20 g (1 + 2/3 Tbsp) granulated sugar(A)
- 3 egg yolks (from large eggs)
- 30 g (1/4 cup) cake flour (*It can be replaced with all purpose flour)
- 3 egg whites (from large eggs)
- 40 g (3 + 1/4 Tbsp)granulated sugar (B)
Variety of toppings
- Apricot jam(optional)
- whipped cream (60 g heavy cream +6 g granulated sugar)
- chocolate ganache (15 g dark chocolate + 15 g heavy cream)
- roasted almonds
- strawberry jam
- shredded coconut
- caramel sauce
- Oreo crumbs

248℉ (120℃) for 50 mins
and then
320℉ (160℃) for 15 mins
and then
