Mutton Karhai Ingredients:

  • Onion/piaz - 250 g
  • Mutton/ bakray ka gosht - 1 kg
  • Garlic paste/pisa lehsan - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste/pisi adrak - 1 tbsp
  • Salt/ namak - 1 tsp heaped
  • Crushed red chillies/kuti laal mirch - 1 tbsp
  • Rosted crushed corriandar/ bhuna kuta dhania - 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes/ timater - 1/2 kg
  • Black pepper corn crushed /moti kuti kali mirch - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies/Moti hari mirch - 4
  • Oil/tail - 1 cup
  • Yogurt/dahi - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Roasted crushed cumin/zeerah - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger julian/adrak lambai mai kati hui - 1 tbsp
  • Corriandar leaves/Ciltantro/ Hara dhania - 4 tbsp
