- Mutton/ bakray ka gosht - 1 kg
- Garlic paste/pisa lehsan - 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste/pisi adrak - 1 tbsp
- Salt/ namak - 1 tsp heaped
- Crushed red chillies/kuti laal mirch - 1 tbsp
- Rosted crushed corriandar/ bhuna kuta dhania - 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes/ timater - 1/2 kg
- Black pepper corn crushed /moti kuti kali mirch - 1 tsp
- Green chillies/Moti hari mirch - 4
- Oil/tail - 1 cup
- Yogurt/dahi - 1 cup
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Roasted crushed cumin/zeerah - 1 tbsp
- Ginger julian/adrak lambai mai kati hui - 1 tbsp
- Corriandar leaves/Ciltantro/ Hara dhania - 4 tbsp
