Ingredients :

Preparation of Marinade

  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt (as per taste)

For the Filling

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/2 cup Cashew Nuts (crushed)
  • 2 Potatoes (boiled & chopped)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Chaat Masala (as per taste)

Preparation of 2nd Stage of Marinade

  • 1 cup Hung Curd
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts Paste
  • 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 tsp Spice Mix (powdered) (Spice Mix- 1 Mace, 5 Green Cardamoms, a small piece of Nutmeg, 10 Peppercorns)
  • Saffron Strands
  • 2 tbsp Gram Flour (roasted)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • Pan-Searing the Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Butter

For the Salad

  • Lettuce (chopped)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 Onion (chopped)

Chaat Masala

  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon

For Garnish

  • Chaat Masala
  • Saffron Strands
