Ingredients :
Preparation of Marinade
- 8 Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Salt (as per taste)
For the Filling
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 cup Cashew Nuts (crushed)
- 2 Potatoes (boiled & chopped)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Chaat Masala (as per taste)
(chopped)
Preparation of 2nd Stage of Marinade
- 1 cup Hung Curd
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts Paste
- 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 tsp Spice Mix (powdered) (Spice Mix- 1 Mace, 5 Green Cardamoms, a small piece of Nutmeg, 10 Peppercorns)
- Saffron Strands
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour (roasted)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- Pan-Searing the Chicken
- 1 tbsp Butter
For the Salad
- Lettuce (chopped)
- Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
Chaat Masala
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
For Garnish
- Chaat Masala
- Saffron Strands
