Mixed nuts Biscotti

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg (w/o shell 55g)
  • 50g Sugar 
  • 15g Oil 
  • 2g Instant coffee
  • 80g Bread Flour
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 3g Baking powder
  • 100g Mixed nuts
  • *Chop the nuts roughly.

Directions

①Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.

②Add sugar, oil and Instant coffee in order and mix well.

③Sift in the dry ingredients() and mix.

④Add the mixed nuts and fold roughly.

Preheat the oven to 356 °F/180℃.

⑤Form into a 15 x 8 cm rectangle, pressing with the palm of the hand.

⑥Bake it for 16 mins.

⑦Take it out and let it cool for 3 minutes.

Cut into 1.5cm width.

Arrange them on the baking sheet with the cross-section facing up.

⑧Preheat the oven to 302 °F/150℃ again.

Bake it for 25-30 minutes.Bake for 15 minutes, then flip.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
