INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 And ½ Cup Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Tspn Salt

Mix Well

  • 140 Ml Water

Make Dough

Take Some Dough

Roll

Some Coriander Leaves

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Long Bean
  • 2 Tbsp Cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp Carrot
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tspn Chat Masala

Mix Well

Vegetable Stuffing

Fold

Roll

Fry In Medium Flame

  • 2 Tspn Oil

Fry Both Side Well
