Crispy Country Fried Steak Roll

A recipe for Crispy Country Fried Steak Roll:

Ingredients:

  • 4 thinly sliced beef steaks
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge each steak in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
  4. Dip each steak into the beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer the steaks to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into 1-inch thick rolls.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Note: You can also add some shredded cheese or sautéed onions to the filling before rolling up the steaks for added flavor.
