These vegan spring rolls are a blessing, the sheets of rice are so versatile, and a great vehicle to carry ingredients and flavors. I have made spring rolls recipe before, but this was my second time making the vietnamese spring rolls with the rice paper. This is one of the most versatile vegan food or plant based recipes ever. You can use so many different veggies and ingredients for the filling.
