  • 8 ounces goat cheese, room temperature
  • 4 ounces whipped cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup roasted & salted pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 5 pitted dates, chopped into small pieces
  • ¼ cup pomegranate arils
  • Toasted crusty bread, for serving
