Mango Kalakand & Pudding

- Grease a square or rectangular baking dish or plate with ghee or oil.
- Transfer the cooked mixture to the greased dish and spread it evenly.
- Garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios, pressing them lightly into the mixture.
- Allow the Mango Kalakand to cool completely and set for a few hours in the refrigerator.
- Once set, cut it into squares or diamond shapes and serve.
