Mango Kalakand & Pudding

- Heat a non-stick pan or a heavy-bottomed pan on medium heat.

- Pour in the condensed milk and mix well to combine.
- Add the milk and cardamom powder to the pan and mix again.
- Continue cooking the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
- Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Grease a square or rectangular baking dish or plate with ghee or oil.
- Transfer the cooked mixture to the greased dish and spread it evenly.
- Garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios, pressing them lightly into the mixture.
- Allow the Mango Kalakand to cool completely and set for a few hours in the refrigerator.
- Once set, cut it into squares or diamond shapes and serve.
