Ingredients

For Boiling Pasta

  • For Peri Peri Sauce
  • 9-10 no. Garlic cloves, рд▓рд╣рд╕реБрди
  • 4-5 no. Green chillies (less spicy & broken into half) рд╣рд░реА рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ
  • 2 large Onion, cut into quarter, рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ
  • 1 ┬╜ tbsp Chili flakes, рдЪрд┐рд▓реНрд▓реА рдлреНрд▓реЗрдХреНрд╕

For Veg Pasta

  • 2 tsp Oil, рддреЗрд▓
  • 2 no. Garlic cloves, crushed, рд▓рд╣рд╕реБрди
  • ┬╜ medium Onion, sliced, рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ
  • 8-10 no. Mushrooms (washed & cut into half) рдорд╢рд░реВрдо
  • 1 cup Prepared Peri Peri Sauce, рддреИрдпрд╛рд░ рдХрд┐рдпрд╛ рд╣реБрдЖ рдкреЗрд░реА рдкреЗрд░реА рд╕реЙрд╕
  • ┬╝ cup water, рдкрд╛рдиреА
  • Salt to taste, рдирдордХ рд╕реНрд╡рд╛рджрдЕрдиреБрд╕рд╛рд░

  • ┬╝ cup Cheese, grated, рдЪреАрдЬ
  • 1 tsp extra Virgin Olive oil, рдЬреИрддреВрди рдХрд╛ рддреЗрд▓
  • 2-3 no. Cherry tomatoes, cut into half, рдЪреЗрд░реА рдЯрдорд╛рдЯрд░
  • 2-4 no. Basil leaves, roughly torn, рдмрд╕рд┐рд▓ рдХреА рдкрддреНрддрд┐рдпрд╛рдВ
  • Lemon Zest, рд▓реЗрдорди реЫреЗрд╕реНрдЯ

For Garnish

  • Cheese, grated, рдЪреАрдЬ
  • Basil leaves, рдмрд╕рд┐рд▓ рдХреА рдкрддреНрддрд┐рдпрд╛рдВ

For Non - Veg Pasta

  • 2 tsp Oil, рддреЗрд▓
  • 2 no. Garlic cloves, crushed, рд▓рд╣рд╕реБрди

  • 150 gm Chicken breast, diced, рдЪрд┐рдХрди
  • Salt to taste, рдирдордХ рд╕реНрд╡рд╛рджрдЕрдиреБрд╕рд╛рд░
  • 1 cup Prepared Peri Peri Sauce, рддреИрдпрд╛рд░ рдХрд┐рдпрд╛ рд╣реБрдЖ рдкреЗрд░реА рдкреЗрд░реА рд╕реЙрд╕
  • ┬╝ cup Water, рдкрд╛рдиреА
  • 2 cups Boiled Pasta, рдЙрдмрд▓рд╛ рд╣реБрдЖ рдкрд╛рд╕реНрддрд╛

  • ┬╝ cup Cheese, grated, рдЪреАрдЬ

For Garnish

  • Cheese, grated, рдЪреАрдЬ
  • Basil leaves, рдмрд╕рд┐рд▓ рдХреА рдкрддреНрддрд┐рдпрд╛рдВ

Process

For Boiling Pasta

  1. In a saucepot, add water, salt to taste, once it's roaring boiled, add macaroni pasta, oil and cook it for 4-5 minutes or until al dente on high flame.
  2. Strain the excess water and coat the pasta with oil to avoid sticking to each other.
  3. Keep it aside for further use.

For Peri Peri Sauce

  1. In a bowl, add garlic cloves, green chilies, onions, chili flakes, salt to taste, oil, red bell pepper, tomato, and vinegar.
  2. In a saucepot, heat oil, add all vegetables, degi red chili powder and cook it for 6-7 minutes or until cooked well.
  3. Add water and blend it into a smooth paste with the help of a hand blender.
  4. Add water and keep it aside for further use.

For Veg Pasta

  1. In a pan, heat oil, add garlic cloves, onion and saute for a minute.
  2. Add mushrooms and toss it for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
  3. Add prepared peri peri sauce and cook it well for a while.
  4. Add water, salt to taste and let it simmer for a minute.
  5. Add boiled pasta and toss it well.
  6. Finish it with fresh cream, cheese, extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and mix it well.
  7. Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with lemon zest, cheese and basil leaves.
  8. Serve hot.

For Non Veg Pasta

  1. In a pan, heat oil, add garlic clove, onion and saute for a minute.
  2. Add chicken, salt to taste and cook it for 5-6 minutes or until tender on high flame.
  3. Add prepared peri peri sauce and cook it well for a while.
  4. Add water and let it simmer for a minute.
  5. Add boiled pasta and toss it well.
  6. Finish it with fresh cream, cheese, extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and mix it well.
  7. Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with cheese and basil leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
