High Protein Fudgsicles
My tips for making this—find as low sodium cottage cheese as possible. Make sure you add a sweet chocolate protein powder, or add honey or maple syrup to cut the salt. I used 1/3 cup of my favorite protein powder, but will add honey next time too. Just taste the mixture and add sweetness as needed until it tastes the way you like! It’s filling and satisfies my sweet tooth cravings. If you’re unsure if you’ll like it, try it with 1 cup of cottage cheese first.
