Radish Hirahira Salad

Ingredients

  • 300g Radish
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 230g Tomato
  • 10g Shiso leaves (Perilla leaves)
  • 2tbsp Men-tsuyu (Japanese noodle dipping sauce)

【Directions】

①Slice the radish thinly using a slicer.

Sprinkle salt over it and let it sit for a while, then squeeze out the released moisture.

Also, thinly slice the tomato and remove the seeds.

③In a bowl, combine the sliced radish, tomato, and torn shiso leaves, then mix them with men-tsuyu (Japanese noodle dipping sauce).

●Store in a container like a Tupperware and refrigerate.
