- 10-15 Garlic Cloves
- 1-inch Ginger (sliced)
- ½ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- ½ cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
- 3 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp Prepared Masala Paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Peri Peri Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 tsp Prepared Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt (as required)
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 Chicken Thighs
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Red Pepper Sauce
- 1 tsp Peri Peri Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Salt (as required)
