Crunchy Tofu Steak with Mushroom Gravy

Hey Foodies! This Crispy Air Fried Tofu Steak is easy to make and a great main dish for your lunch or dinner! This dish is full of protein and go so well with mushroom gravy!

Ingredients:

  • 100g silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing for three cycles)

Coating:

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • toasted bread crumbs

Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

Mushroom Gravy:

  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 2 cups mushroom broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • serve with veggies and rice
