Intro to Aperol Cocktail Recipe
The cocktail was designed to introduce cocktails to the bitter Italian aperitif. The resulting drink is tasty, bittersweet and citrusy.
INGREDIENTS
- 60mL Aperol
- 30mL Gin
- 22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 7.5mL Sugar
- Syrup (1:1)
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
METHOD
1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Garnish with a twist of orange
