Hugo Spritz Recipe

The Hugo Spritz or Alpine Spritz.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 15mL Elderflower Liqueur (½ oz) 
  • 120mL Prosecco (4 oz) 
  • 30mL Soda Water (1 oz) 
  • Mint

METHOD

1. Gently muddle the mint leaves within the glass

2. Add the elderflower liqueur before filling the glass with ice

3. Top with prosecco and a dash of soda

4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig
