Preparation time - 40 minutes Serving - 6 Ingredients:
- All purpose flour (maida)- 1 cup
- Sooji/rava - 1/4 cup
- Ghee - 2 tbsp(warm)
- Warm water to knead the flour
For Stuffing:
- Sooji - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Dessicated coconut(sukha nariyal)- 1/3 cup
- Milk powder - 2 tbsp
- Pista (chopped)
- Cashew (chopped)
- Cardamom powder(elaichi)- 1/2 tsp
- Ghee /oil to fry
For Syrup:
- Sugar -1/2 cup
- Water -1/4 cup
- Crushed cardamom(elaichi)- 2
- Saffron (kesar)
