6 3-Ingredient Breakfasts

1. Flourless Chocolate & Blueberry Banana Muffins

Servings: 12

INGREDIENTS

9 bananas

1½ cups nut butter of choice

½ cup cocoa powder

1 ½ cups blueberries

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.

3. Add nut butter and mix until combined.

4. Divide the batter into two bowls.

5. Add cocoa powder to one bowl of batter and mix well.

6. Add the blueberries to the other bowl of batter and mix well.

7. Add the batter to a muffin tin.

8. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

9. Let muffins cool.

10. Enjoy!


2. Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS

½ avocado

1 banana

1 cup chocolate milk of choice


PREPARATION

1. Add avocado, banana, and chocolate milk to blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a glass, and enjoy!


3. 3-Ingredient Banana Oat Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

½ cup rolled oats

1 banana

1 cup milk of choice

PREPARATION

1. Add rolled oats to a blender and blend until the oats are the size of a fine crumb.

2. Add the banana and milk and blend well.

3. Pour in a glass, and enjoy!


4. Cloud Bread

Servings: 3-6

Here's what you'll need:

* 3 eggs, separated

* ⅛ teaspoon cream of tartar

* 3 tablespoons softened cream cheese or Greek yogurt


Here's what you'll do:

1. Preheat oven to 300°F/150°C.

2. Separate the eggs into two bowls.

3. Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip into stiff peaks.

4. Add the cream cheese or yogurt into the yolks and mix until combined.

5. Fold half of the egg whites into the yolks until just combined. Add the rest and fold again until incorporated.

6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place six dollops of the mixture on the tray (about ½ cup each).

7. Spread out the circles with a spatula to about ½ inch thick.

8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.

9. Allow to cool for at least 1 hour.

10. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup oats

2 bananas

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).

2. In a large mixing bowl combine the oats and banana and mash banana and mix until well incorporated.

3. Add additional ingredients should you desire.

4. Bake for 12 minutes.

5. Enjoy!


6. Blueberry Banana Pancakes

for 8 pancakes

Ingredients

2 bananas

4 eggs

blueberry, to taste


Preparation

1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until they reach a liquid state.

2. Whisk in the eggs.

3. Heat butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Pour batter into the warm skillet to cook. Garnish with desired number of blueberries. After about a minute and a half (or until golden) flip to finish cooking.

5. Allow to cool for a minute. Serve warm.

6. Enjoy!
