Ingredients:

  • 60g king oyster mushrooms
  • salt to taste
  • rice wrappers

Breading:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 cup water
  • bread crumbs

Other Ingredients:

  • shredded cabbage
  • homemade tonkatsu sauce
  • rice
