Peppermint Hot Cocoa
Ingredients

¼ cup powdered milk
½ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
½ cup sugar
½ cup chocolate chip
½ cup candy cane, crushed
Preparation
- Empty contents of jar, mix to make sure ingredients are well combined.
- To make, mix ¼ cup (50 g) of cocoa mix with 1 cup (235 ml) of hot water. Enjoy!
Aquarium Cookies
Ingredients
for 8 cookies
4 oz unsalted butter, softened
½ cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
20 pieces hard candy
sprinkle, to taste
¼ cup white chocolate, melted
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mix softened butter and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and stir well to combine. Sift in the flour and fold until fully incorporated.
- Cover the dough with plastic and rest in a fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
- Sprinkle flour on the work surface and rolling pin so the dough won’t stick. Roll out the dough to ¼- to ⅛-inch (6-3 mm) thickness. Using a 3-inch (7 ½ cm) round cookie cutter, cut out the dough.
- Cut out center of each cookie with using a 2-inch (5 cm) round cookie cutter.
- Place the cookie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Take out the sheet from the oven and place hard candies in the center of each cookies. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until the hard candy melts and spreads out.
- Let the cookies cool completely.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate, about 10-15 seconds.
- For the bottom cookies, add your favorite sprinkles onto the hard candy. Take the top cookies and drizzle melted chocolate around the rims. Immediately sandwich the 2 cookies and set in fridge for 15 minutes.

Frosted Nuts
Ingredients
for 4 servings
4 cups walnuts
2 egg whites
½ cup sugar
¼ cup salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 300˚F (150˚C).
- In a large bowl, combine walnuts, egg whites, sugar and salt and use a rubber spatula to mix until walnuts are well coated.
- On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, spread the walnut mixture evenly.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the walnuts are crystallized,
- Cool completely.
- Enjoy!
Snowball Cookies
Ingredients
for 30 cookies
2 cups walnut
2 ¼ cups flour
½ cup sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325˚F (170˚C).
- Place the walnuts in a ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to crush them until crushed.
- In a large bowl, combine crushed walnuts, flour, sugar, softened butter, vanilla and mix with a rubber spatula until well combined.
- Roll the dough into ping pong ball-sized spheres.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the bottom of the cookies is slightly brown.
- While the cookies are still warm, sift powdered sugar over the cookies.
