Blueberry Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

Square Cake Pan(3.9in) 3 pieces

  • 2 Eggs 100g(room temperature)
  • 60g Cane sugar(or Granulated sugar)
  • 35g Oil(or Vegetable oil ,Coconut oil ets)
  • 80g Plain yogurt
  • 100g Cake flour
  • 20g Almond flour
  • 3g baking powder

*Topping: 60g Blueberries(frozen)

Directions

*Preheat the oven at 170°C.
①Crack an egg into a bowl and add sugar.
Beat the eggs well.
②Add the Oil, plain yogurt and mix well.
③Add the sifted flour,almond flour and baking powder,mix.
④Pour mixture into the Cake Pan.
⑤Place the blueberries on top.
⑥Bake at 338 °F/170℃ for 20 minutes.
⑦When the heat went away, put it in a plastic bag or wrap it.
