Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (225 grams) fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until they are browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
