Chocolate Banana Cake

Ingredients 5.9inch (15cm)square Cake Pan or round Cake Pan

  • 2 Eggs 120g(room temperature)
  • 60g Cane sugar(or Granulated sugar)
  • 30g Oil(or Vegetable oil ,Coconut oil ets)
  • 100g Cake flour
  • 3g baking powder
  • 15g Milk
  • *Topping: Bananas*100g(net weight ) 
  • 10g Chocolate chips

Directions

Preparation:

Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃.
①Flour and baking powder in a plastic bag.Shake well to mix.
②Whisk the egg with an electric mixer on high speed.
Add the sugar in 2 parts
If it becomes a little whitish, it is OK.
③Add oil and mix.
④Add the flour in 2 parts.(low speed)
⑤Finally, add milk and mix.
⑥Pour it into the cake pan.
⑦Topped with small pieces of bananas and chocolate chips .
⑧Bake at 338 °F/170℃ for 24 minutes.
⑨Drop the tray to prevent the cake from shrinking. Take the cake out of the tray and cool down.
⑩Remove from the cake pan cover the top with a parchment paper and let cool.
