Ingredients

●Chicken breast 300g
- Salt, pepper
- 1-2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tspOlive oil 1 teaspoon
●vegetables
- Lettuce
- Bell pepper
- Purple onion
- *Please use your favorite vegetables, chopped
●Topping
Almonds
●Dressing
Easy-to-make amount
- 1.5 tbsp Chopped onion
- 2 tsp Grated garlic
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
【Directions】
① Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Add the ingredients marked with and mix well, then let it sit for 15 minutes.
Pan-fry the chicken and let it cool.
② Dice the vegetables.
Cut all the vegetables to approximately the same size. This makes mixing easier, visually appealing, and easy to eat.
③ Mix all the dressing ingredients together, then combine with the vegetables and chicken to finish!
