Devilishly Hot Popcorn in Caramel Glaze with Chili
If guests are about to come to you to see a movie or watch photos from a trip, it is great to buy them an American-style snack! Here is a recipe for a very hot caramel sauce with glaze and hot pepper!
Ingredients

Popcorn1 pcs

Butter80 g

Brown sugar2 tbsp

Salt1/8 tsp

Baking soda1/8 tsp

Chili sauce2 tbsp
Steps

1. The ingredients are common; the cooking time is about 30 minutes. Of course, I take the popcorn that for microwave ovens (the most neutral taste) and cook it as indicated on the package.

2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and mix with the sugar.

3. Return to the fire and stirring, wait until the mixture gets a caramel (brown) shade.

4. While caramel is being prepared, mix the hot sauce with salt and soda. I took SRIRACHA, but you can just take chili or tobasco. Then remove the caramel from the fire and quickly stir the sauce in it. Everything starts to bubble very much! Be careful.

5. Pour popcorn with ready sauce in parts, stir well after each serve.

6. Transfer the resulting popcorn to a baking tray and bake in the oven (or rather dry) for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 110 degrees, stir the mixture periodically, so the caramel is finally distributed well.

7. The resulting popcorn turns out to be sweetish-sharp. And the severity of the sauce will just depend on who will stand for such popcorn, and who to better not try it! In any case, it turns out very tasty: hot popcorn with fresh caramel icing – what could be better?!
