Amritsari Chhole
Who doesn't love perfectly cooked dhaba style Chhole, right? Making it at home needs efforts so we usually avoid it but no more with my recipe. Follow this recipe step by step to make Perfect Instant Amritsari Chhole. What do you prefer with Chhole, Rice, Roti or Bhature? Let me know in comment section.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of Soaked Chickpeas
- 2 tbsp Oil/Clarified Butter
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 4-5 Cloves
- Black Pepper Corns
- 2-3 Black Cardamom
- 2-3 Green Cardamom
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Asafoetida
- 2 Onions Puree
- Salt
- 2-3 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Pomegranate Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried Mango Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Chhole Masala
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp Tea Powder
- 2 tbsp Clarified Butter
- Chopped Garlic
- Ginger Julians
- 2-3 Green Chili
- Cumin Powder
- Red Chili Powder
