Chopped Green Chilli : 2
Ginger paste -1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1/2
Finely Chopped Onion - 2 medium
Coriander leave chopped - 1/4 cup
Tomato Puree: 1/2 cup (or 2 grated tomatoes)
Curd/Yogurt : 2 tbsp Clove (lawang) - 2 Black pepper - 5-6 Cinnamon stick : 1 inch Green Cardamom : 2 Dry Fenugreek leaves : 1 tsp Gram flour (Besan): 2 tsp (you may use roasted gram flour powder i.e. sattu) Cooking oil - 4 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 3/4 tbsp Red chilli powder(kashmiri red chilli powder) -1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/3 tsp Salt to taste.
