Strawberry popsicles

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g of strawberries
  • 10g (1 1/2 tbsp) of powdered sugar
  • 50ml (1/4 cup) of water
  • 50ml (1/4 cup) of whipping cream

METHOD

  1. In a bowl add the strawberries, powdered sugar, and water and mix with the immersion blender. Mix until all is well combined.
  2. Strain the strawberries mixed with the colander and start pouring the mixture into the popsicle molds for about 3/4 of the way up. Freeze for 2 hours.
  3. After time has elapsed remove the inner part of the popsicles. Whip the cream and with the whipping, the cream bag fills each popsicle. Freezer for 3 hours.
  4. After three hours pour the rest of the strawberries mixture to fill up each popsicle. Freeze for 1 hour.
