Panzanella Salad with crusty bread, juicy vine-ripened tomatoes, and the best homemade vinaigrette dressing.
INGREDIENTS:
- 6oz Crusty Bread, (1/2 loaf)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 2 lbs ripe tomatoes
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
VINAIGRETTE DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
