VINAIGRETTE DRESSING INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
