Ingredients:
Pigeon Peas, split(Toor/Arhar dal)-1/2 cup
Potato-1
Tomato-1
Brinjal-2 (small)
Onion-2(medium)
carrot-1(small)
*You may add vegetables of your choice in this recipe
Tamarind juice - 4 tbsp
For Tadka/tempering:
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Curry leaves-12 to 14
Dry red chilli-2
Asafoetida(hing)-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Sambar masala or chicken masala-3 tsp
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
