Boiled egg(peeled)-4

Onion(chopped)-2(medium)

Ginger paste-1/2 tsp Garlic paste-1/2 tsp

Green chilli-2(chopped)

Coriander leaves

Tomato(grated)-2(medium) (you may use tomato puree or chopped tomato instead)

Dry fenugreek leaves(kasuri methi)-1/2 tsp

Cooking oil-5 tbsp

Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder-3/4 tsp

Red chilli powder-1 tsp

Coriander powder-1/2 tsp

Cumin powder-1/2 tsp

Garam masala powder-1/3 tsp

Gram flour(besan)-3 tsp

Salt to taste
